How to setup the blog subscription notification emails

Steps needed to setup and/or debug the blog subscription notification email

These are the steps for setting up the blog notification emails

• Go to Marketing > Lead Capture > Forms and identify the blog subscription form. Open it

• Edit the Notification Frequency field and select the desired frequency for the notification emails. In the Options tab edit the other settings for the form.

• (optional) If the form is setup to redirect user to another page, copy the Embed Form code, go to the Design Manager and find the blog template blog-echo-single.html. Find the following statement (around line #45) and replace it with the embed code for the form:

• Go to the Portal settings page (the cog icon on the top right) and open the Website > Blog page. Switch to the Subscriptions tab and toggle on the Enable blog subscriber notification emails option. Turn on the email corresponding to the notification frequency selected in the form settings. Click on the Edit link to setup all the details for the notification email.

• Once all settings are saved, go to Contacts > Lists and open the list corresponding to the notification frequency. Open a blog post in a new window and make a test subscription. The new email address should appear in the list in a few moments.
